These Terms govern your use of getinsuredmoney.com (the “Site”), operated by Greybeard Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility. The Site is intended for U.S. residents who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children.

2. Informational purpose only. The Site provides general educational information about insurance-based retirement strategies. It does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation in any state where Shawn Davis is not licensed. See our Disclosures.

3. Contact consent. When you submit a form, request the Insured Money Check, or otherwise give us your contact information, you agree that we (and people acting on our behalf, including Shawn Davis and Jen Davis) may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and related services. See Section 4 for SMS terms and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. SMS / text messaging terms. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Insured Money, including messages sent by an automated assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your opt-in and mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, video, and the “Insured Money” and “7-Point Harness” concepts and materials — is owned by or licensed to Greybeard Holdings LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party links and services. The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling, analytics, and messaging providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greybeard Holdings LLC and its owners and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greybeard Holdings LLC and its representatives from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
