Greybeard Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on getinsuredmoney.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect.
Information you give us: your first name, mobile number, email (if provided), and the answers you select on our forms. You may also provide this through a Meta/Facebook lead form.
Information collected automatically: usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type, and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Cookies and tracking technologies. We use cookies and tags including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which may record how visitors interact with pages), and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand site usage and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools.
3. How we use your information. To respond to you and schedule your Insured Money Check; to contact you by phone, email, and text about your request; to provide and improve the Site; to measure and target advertising; and to comply with law.
4. Text messaging. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to text you about your request, including messages from an automated assistant. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
5. How we share information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our website host Framer, CRM and scheduling GoHighLevel and Calendly, messaging provider myCRMSIM, retirement-planning tool Roth Blueprint, and analytics/advertising platforms Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Cloudflare)
6. Data retention. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights. You may opt out of texts (STOP) and emails (unsubscribe) at any time. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share information with advertising platforms, including Meta, so that we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like you. Under Texas and California law this counts as sharing personal data for targeted advertising, and you can opt out of it in any of these ways. Use the button in this section to stop sharing your data with advertising services on this browser. Email us at the address in section 12 with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us you want to opt out of targeted advertising, including the phone number or email address you gave us so that we can find you, and we will confirm within 45 days. Or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Firefox and Brave send this signal by default and Chrome supports it through extensions, and when your browser sends it we stop sharing your data with advertising platforms automatically. You may also ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the same address. If we turn down a request you may appeal by replying to our response. Texas residents may complain to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA and CPRA.

9. Children’s privacy. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
